Circle Player Development Tracks:
College-Bound (Student-Athlete) Track:
Ages 15-18
Education: Parents and players of this age group are provided an advanced
level of education on a variety of issues related to players eligibility and
advancement to college or semi-pro / professional levels of soccer. Information
and resources are provided on a wide range of topics including:

Leagues, Youth Soccer Governance
-
Advancing through Select, Premier and ODP (Olympic
development) programs
-
advanced levels of technical, tactical physical and
psychological development
-
fitness and conditioning, diet and exercise
-
injury diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and recovery
-
student athlete resources, scholarships, etc.
-
player profile / resume development
-
college showcase and coach connections
-
college preparatory and entrance qualifications
Players and parents will be provided a variety of educational
resources including regular newsletters, magazines, videos, workshops and
on-line web site resources on all topics listed above.
Guidance Planning: Emphasis is on identifying a specific plan of action
for players to become recognized by college-level (and higher) coaching staffs,
and to attain eligibility to participate as a player in a college program.
Soccer Circle will provide a variety of personalized services all designed to
help the student athlete:

Define their goals

Create a specific action plan for the player to follow to
achieve their goals

Create and publish their soccer resume (player profile) and
videos

Identify camps, coaching combines, college showcases to
participate in
-
Identify specific “fishing holes” where players can lure
prospective college programs into noticing them.

Provide players with access to tools to help them promote
themselves

Provide additional resources and college connections as
possible.
Soccer Circle has partnered with leading experts in the areas
of promotion of players into college programs. Our partners have years and years
of experience and have helped hundreds of players of all ability and academic
levels to reach their goal of playing in college and securing funds to assist in
that endeavor. The collective amount these partners’ experience is available
to all College Bound Track members.
Maintenance: A designated Soccer Circle Guidance Counselor is assigned to
each player in the College Bound Track, and works regularly with the player
through ongoing communication via phone, internet, e-mail and in person when
possible, to assure that players remain on track and follow the necessary steps
to complete the Track.
